All files turned into a shortcut !!!

hey there, this time i wanna share about my experience that i get while i’m in school. Some people maybe already get this problem.
When Mr. Santosa teaching in my class he gave a folder that contain some Pdf files.
But when i enter the flash disk to my laptop all files that in the flash disk turned into a shortcut.
I panic for a moment but when i arrived at home i directed to the modem. then i googling for a few minutes, i found what i’m search in google. i search the solution for my problem in my school.
First, this problem maybe because the Avira blocked access to file ‘H:  ( That just my Opinion ), because of this    
maybe i’m wrong too, because i’m not very good in english.
